About The Practice
The first step is reaching out by using the contact form, emailing cbieganskilpc@gmail.com, or by phone at (484) 237-1916 to schedule your first appointment. We go straight to scheduling your first full session, no brief consultation call that leaves you with more questions than answers.
I do not offer free consultation calls. I believe starting therapy deserves more care than a brief, time-limited conversation can often provide. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I want to ensure there is space for you to ask questions, share only what feels comfortable, and get a meaningful sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
Our first session is collaborative and paced with care, allowing time to explore your goals, answer questions, and determine together whether this feels supportive for you.
Both options are available. In-person sessions are held at our office at 105 John Robert Thomas Drive, Suite D, Exton, PA 19341. Telehealth sessions are available to clients anywhere in Pennsylvania and at anytime during your treatment!
All paperwork is completed before you arrive, so your first session is spent entirely on you, not on forms! We use the time to get to know each other and to dive into whatever feels most important to you right now. You set the agenda! There's no rigid intake script!
Session frequency is based on your needs and clinical assessment, not a fixed schedule. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, particularly early in treatment. Others move to biweekly or monthly appointments as they progress. Occasional check-ins are also available for clients who have completed more intensive work. Together we'll figure out what makes the most sense for where you are!
Honestly, it varies enormously and anyone who gives you a firm number upfront isn't being straight with you. Some clients complete their work in a few months. Others have been working with us for several years. It depends on the complexity of what you're carrying, your goals, and how therapy unfolds. What we can tell you is that the pace is always yours to influence.
