About

Embarking on the journey of therapy can feel like a lot, especially for teens and parents. I'm here to create a supportive and welcoming space where we can team up to tackle life's ups and downs. From dealing with anxiety and depression to handling self-esteem, social relationships, and more, I'm all about helping adolescents and young adults (ages 12-25) navigate through the challenges that life throws their way.

As a result of my background in diverse roles like working in intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), schools, and home settings with teens and tweens, I've helped many individuals conquer issues ranging from depression and anxiety to self-harm and social challenges.

My approach revolves around tapping into your internal motivation for change and highlighting your strengths. If you're between the ages of 12-25 and feel like you could use someone to talk to, let's connect! Together, we can discover practical strategies for navigating daily life, boost your resilience, uncover your strengths, and create a space where you can confidently be your authentic self. Curious to see if we'd make a good team? Reach out and schedule an appointment – let's start this journey together!
