About
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially for teens and their parents. My goal is to make that first step feel a little easier by creating a space that's genuinely welcoming, low-pressure, and tailored to where you are right now.
I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults between the ages of 12 and 25, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, and the social challenges that come with growing up. Whether you're a teenager figuring out who you are, a college student feeling stuck, or a young adult managing the transition into independent life, this is a space for you.
My background spans intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs, school settings, and in-home therapy with teens and tweens. That range of experience means I've worked with young people through some of their hardest moments, and I know that real progress comes from building on your strengths and your own motivation, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Together we'll work on practical strategies for everyday life, build resilience, and help you show up as your most authentic self.
I offer sessions Thursday through Sunday, including weekends (which I know makes a real difference for busy students and working young adults!)
Currently accepting new clients ages 12–25 in Exton, West Chester, Downingtown, and throughout Chester County, PA. Telehealth available throughout Pennsylvania.
