I'm a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience specializing in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and ego state therapy. These are approaches that go beyond managing symptoms and thoughts to actually resolving what's underneath them. My clients are self-aware and capable, but carrying more than they should have to. Many find that through this work, the patterns that have followed them for years, in relationships, self-worth, emotional regulation, begin to shift in ways that feel genuinely different from anything they've tried before!
